FROM THE STORY OF QUEEN ESTHER WHAT WE CAN LEARN
Esther. Chapters. 1-10
The king who was ruling over a hundred and twenty-seven jurisdictional districts lands
A Jewish woman Esther married with this king who had whole power of the country in his hands
As a Jewish woman it is prohibited for Esther,with an unbeliever to marry
For her this act did Sovereign Lord Jehovah felt angry
We don’t know Jehovah’s reaction in this matter
But Jehovah helped Esther as He knows the condition of the heart better
Why her cousin Mordecai made this decision she married with an unbeliever
As captives that time Jewish were not very strong in their social power
Maybe Mordecai wanted to gain a good position in this country
Or maybe about his and his nation’s security he was worry
But why the Israelite needed this security in this land
As they were captives and depended on the pagan nation’s hand
From the situation of the Israelites we should learn
That if we want to be victorious on the earth we must Jehovah’s approval earn
As when the Israelites were obedient to Jehovah they were victorious among nation
They did not need to be a flatterer of the pagan nations in Jehovah’s protection
But they lived their lives on the earth as precious creations
Jehovah made them glorious among the pagan nations according to their expectations
