JEHOVAH IS MY CRAG AND MY STRONG HOLD
2- SAMUEL – 22 : 1-8 Jehovah is my Crag and my Stronghold
The Provider of escape for me Who makes me bold
My God is strong like unshakeable Rock I shall take refuge in Him
Light for my sight when I trust in Him my sight will never be dim
My Shield and my Horn of salvation, my Secure Height
My Saviour form violence He saved me He teaches me how against evil fight
On the One to be praised Jehovah I shall call
From my enemies I shall be saved, He saved me from Sheol
Jehovah saved me from deadly breaking waves
He saved me from dread of ungodly world and from those who are sin’s slaves
In my distress I kept calling Jehovah’s holy name
He heard my voice and helped me to saved me from shame
When I cry for help the earth began to shake since from violence Jehovah God has hated
So the foundations of the heavens themselves were agitated
For my favour Jehovah showed His own anger for my cry out He paid attention
Jehovah provided me help against my enemies He removed my tension
