DOES JEHOVAH GIVE ANY ONE PARTIAL FAVOUR
ROMANS . 9 : 6 – 26Does Jehovah God give any one partial favour or Romans.9:6-26 means that Jehovah God gave
any one partial favour no because Romans.9:19 means that though Jehovah God is Almighty and all creatures depend on Him,but Jehovah shows kindness towards His creatures since because of sin all humans are vessels of wrath. Those vessels who are considered as dishonourable were the pagan nations because they did not have Jehovah’s law so they are not able for an honourable use until they learn and apply Jehovah’s law and regulations. Pagan nations because of lack of proper guidance are practising dishonourable practises or beliefs. Unconsciously or unwilling people make themselves the weapons or vessels of unrighteousness since they are part of satanic world or they are Satan’s weapons ,in this way they are weapons of unrighteousness or dishonourable vessels when Paul wrote that does potter not have a right to make vessel for dishonourable or for honourable use from the same lump of clay it means Jehovah God is source of life for all of us and He gave life to unfaithful people or faithful people. Until Jehovah’s appointed time will arrived the
unfaithful ones and the faithful ones are growing in the same field as we all are living in satanic
system. In this system Jehovah let the people born from same source, meek and mighty all are Adam and Eve’s off-spring
Adam and Eve were created with the ability to bear their generation with this system all humans are born with free will .Since Jehovah God have a right to control or let the things happen, people have confusion that all bad and good things that are happing in this world is because of their Creator’s will. But if Jehovah using the people as puppets then people’s bad or good acts not effect them nor Jehovah became angry or happy because of people’s bad or good acts .But since people can chose whatever they can do with free will so as Creator Jehovah guided people what is beneficial and good for them as He guided first humans’ couple what they cannot do or what
they can do Genesis. 2 : 16-17, if humans reject their Creator then the Creator have this right to remove them from life’s circle because these kind of humans are not good for those who want to live their lives in Jehovah’s submission. If people want independence from their Creator then they should provide all things for themselves including their life. Since humans are not able to keep themselves alive without their Creator God Jehovah’s will .So it is proper people should accept God Jehovah’s guidance and sovereignty .Even after knowing what is bad or good some people want to refuse to accept what is good or proper, mostly they gave plea that they want to learn with their own experience .This thought caused destruction for rebellious ones this is understood that if people have proper guidance and they apply this guidance then they will not do any mistakes and their Creator no need to correct them by punishment. On the other hand those people who proved themselves faithful Jehovah God choose them to restore everything again as honourable vessels
As Joseph,Mary and Jesus proved themselves as honourable vessels for Jehovah’s greatest purpose Mary was a chaste Jewish woman because of her chastity and faithfulness she was able to gave birth to Jesus and Jesus proved himself salvation for the whole world,Joseph was an honourable vessel because Jehovah appointed him as Mary’ head
People may think if their Creator not give them the law,it is not their mistake or fault but we did
see those people who proved themselves able Jehovah gave them proper guidance. Also He considered them very precious as it is mentioned, because of his faith Jehovah choose Abraham’s seed to save all the faithful people Genesis.17:1-6 , Rahab and Ruth though they belonged to the nations when the put faith in Jehovah and valued His orders Jehovah accepted them as His Own nation. Joshua.2:1-6; 6:25,Matthew.1:5, Ruth. 1:16 also through the Israelite Jehovah revealed Himself upon the nations so people can know Jehovah is God True .Exodus Chapters. 11-17,
Daniel.3 : 1-28.
HOW JACOB PROVED HIMSELF ABLE FOR BLESSINGIn this situation we can not say that Jehovah God is partial and He gave to the Israelite’s nation
partial favour. Jacob got a blessing from Jehovah God because he proved himself able for Jehovah’s blessing .Genesis.25:29-34 as Esau dishonoured his first born right just for some food as he thought he will die if he will not eat. But through Moses and Jesus Jehovah revealed,not Just with bread man will live but through obeying Him. Deuteronomy.8:3 , Matthew.4:4 as Jesus fasted forty days and forty nights to prove that Jehovah’s word is true. Matthew.4:2. Though Jesus was an arch angel in heaven as mighty creature but through holy spirit Jehovah converted Jesus in Mary’ womb as a normal human and he felt hungry, thirsty and tired. But with Jehovah might Jesus proved himself faithful, firm and victorious
When Jacob asked from Esau sell your right of first born,then Esau should asked from Jehovah
in prayer in this situation what shell he will do also these things are written for our guidance so we can learn that in Jehovah’s eyes how we can get favour. We cannot say that Jehovah rejected Esau
because this is His arrangement otherwise it is not fault since Esau dishonour is privilege so he
faced bad consequences .Israelite showed respect for Jehovah’s arrangement so he proved himself
able for Jehovah’s blessing
When Paul said these words that it not depends upon running nor the one wishing but upon God Who is Merciful,It’s does not means that God does not caring about our hardship that we done to accomplish His great purpose. Jude. 3 ; Philippians.1 : 28-30 ; Hebrews. 6 : 10, nor this means
Jehovah God is giving His blessings to those who are not deserving 1.Timothy.6 :12 ; 4: 6 but this
means God is Merciful and He is arranging salvation for all those who put faith on Him. Not just for those people who are conscious or have hope about salvation and their struggle for salvation for themselves or for other people like Abraham showed faithful on Jehovah and also Abraham had hope through him Jehovah will bring salvation for all the nations. So when Jehovah asked sacrifice Isaac, Abraham had to prove his faith, for this Abraham had to bear emotionally pain .But since
Abraham was faithful Jehovah saved Abraham from any pain and on the other hand those people who seen Jehovah’s glory when ever Jehovah showed miracles and put faith then they did not need to struggle for salvation because Jehovah caused the easy way for their salvation as on pentecost when Jesus’ disciples through holy spirit described the facts about Jehovah’s arrangement then they became believers of Jehovah God from different kind of back-ground. Acts.2 : 1-21 .
Through the biblical scriptures we can know Jehovah God is Just. Some people because of lack of knowledge or understanding may think that Jacob got blessings by deception though Jacob asked
his brother to sell his birth-right but if Esau was wise and showed appreciation for Jehovah’s
blessings then Jacob could not get the blessing from his father Isaac since Jehovah is actual source
of blessing and He knows the hearts condition better so Jacob for his desire of blessing was able to
earn blessings also Jehovah can see in future . Isaiah. 42 : 9 ,and Jehovah foretold Rebekah that the older one will serve for younger one also the scripture described Esau was a man who knowing how to hunt,But Jacob was a blameless and had a peaceful nature as Esau and Jacob’ mother knew these
things before their birth Genesis.25 : 22-28 when they grew-up through their behaviour their mother
observed who is irresponsible or who is responsible and she observed their priorities . In this
situation she was rightful to give Jacob favour Because Jacob was interesting in his forefathers spiritual inheritance as Isaac’s seed knew this fact that through them Jehovah will bring salvation to all the nations. Genesis.18 : 18
They should consider this privilege as great reward since Esau proved himself unable for Jehovah’s blessings so Jehovah God rejected Esau .Esau also did not care of his old parents,he took wives from pagan nations that caused bitterness for Isaac and Rebekah,in this regard Jacob was careful and wise and he did listen to his parents when they advised to him that he must not take a wife from the daughters of Canaan ,but Jacob must take a wife to himself from his own people so they sent Jacob to Pad-dan-a’ram to their own relatives to take a wife to himself .To obey his parents
Jacob travelled long distance we know in those days travelling that much distance is not easy. Jacob was also not flirtatious since he waited for long period to get his true love as his wife.
Genesis 29 : 13-28.
People may think that it is proper for Jacob to have more than one wife. We can see this was not
Jacob own choice .Genesis. 29 : 25 – 28 . Also that time in this matter the law was not given but
through Jesus, Jehovah revealed in this regard what is proper. Matthew. 19 : 8-9 Jacob had more than one wife is the obligation or forbearance of imperfect system. After sin Jehovah showed forbearance for many unwanted things to prove what is right and beneficial Because after sin humans are facing very hard-ship. Jehovah let the imperfect system for a fixed period that people can realise that their best is Jehovah’s kingdom under His guidance Matthew. 4 23 -24 , 6 : 33 , Isaiah. 11 : 1- 9 , 65 : 21 -25 ,Matthew . 14 : 12. For His perfect and up-right kingdom Jehovah impartially preparing all sort of people so Jehovah let the Jacob had more than one wife since Le’ah and Rachael’s maidservants were also bear seed for Jacob and they all became heirs of blessing Genesis.30: 9 – 13 , 4 ,5 as in these days Jehovah is also gathering sincere and honest people from all over the earth Matthew. 28:18-20
Jacob proved himself very hard worker and honest person in his dealing with his father-in-law who called Laban, Jacob dealt with him very wisely and honestly in this regard Jacob also listened
to Jehovah’s advise in this way Jacob proved his trust on Jehovah. Genesis 30 : 27 – 43 , 31 : 1-12
As Laban knew and thought that Jehovah blessed him because of Jacob but Laban was not pure in heart with Jacob otherwise Jehovah could bless them equally since Jehovah has this power soon Jehovah will make whole earthly Society equal and all faithful ones will be equally bless Luke.3:3-6 when Laban knew that Jehovah blessed Jacob more than him, he should have followed Jacob’s good attitude as he knew Jacob was hard worker and honest but he and his sons were jealous with Jacob but Jacob got the blessing from Jehovah continually because of his good attitude.
We can see Jacob was not cruel or greedy in material things, he left all his father’s inheritance and went an other place where he earned material wealth more than he had on his father’s land as
Jacob trusted at Jehovah for strength to achieve his target. Jacob was more interested in the
privilege that his fore-father got from Jehovah as being a source of salvation of all the nations.
Jacob was not greedy of first born right because of material inheritance as he left his father’s land
and the all inheritance came in Esau’ control. Also when Jacob went back to his father’s land he gave his brother a very huge amount of cattle
We can not say that Jehovah rejected some people for His covenant because He wants to reject them as He can do whatever He wants to do but Jehovah God is reasonable with His creature as He
desires everyone can gain life. John. 16 : 3, 2.Peter. 3 : 9 when Jehovah arranged salvation for all those who put faith .Isaiah. 42 : 1-4 , 52 : 13 Matthew 12 : 18 then we cannot say Jehovah God is partial but He choose those people who are able as even from the Israelite Jehovah rejected the rebellious ones John. 8 : 44.When the Israelite’s seed rebelled against Jehovah again and again then
they were also not able for blessing or for life as in the wilderness. Jehovah said to Moses I will make you a big nation because Moses was faithful but because of Moses’ request Jehovah let the
Israelite can remain as a nation this is the reason Paul mentioned that it does not depend on humans’ own struggle that they can get salvation because in satanic system every one sins .Romans 5:12
though Jacob showed very deep desire and appreciation for Jehovah’s blessing but most of his off-spring did not remain loyal to Jehovah so neither Esau nor Jacob’s most of people proved themselves able for Jehovah’s blessing but all those people who are appreciating Jehovah’s blessing and obeying Him either these are from Israelite or from the nations according to the promise and Justice Romans.9 : 13
WITHOUT KNOWING AND APPLYING JEHOVAH’S REGULATIONS NO ONE
CAN GET BLESSING OR SALVATION
People may think why Jehovah still used the Israelite’ seed for all humans’ salvation. First of all
those people who remained loyal this is their right like Aaron, Mary and Moses . Secondly
through the law the Israelite have knowledge and hope that through their generation Jehovah will arrange for all humans’ salvation. Other nations did not have this knowledge or hope according to
their religions that they can bear the seed for all humans’ salvation. Though Jehovah choose the faithful Israelites to bear the seed of salvation because of their loyalty but after Jesus’ birth Jehovah
gave all the nations this chance that they can participate in His new covenant. Other wise if Jehovah can make a big nation just from Moses so Jehovah can make the loyal remaining Israelites a big nation too. Joel. 2 : 28 – 30 Jehovah promised that He will pour out His holy spirit upon the nations
this shows Jehovah is impartial and through the Israelites. He gave all the nation this chance to participate in His new covenant because Jesus’ disciples spread over all the earth Jehovah’s message
of salvation .Matthew.28 : 18-20 as Jesus first twelve disciples belonged to the Israelite nation. With
the exception of Judas the rest of are proving themselves the tower of salvation since their teachings are continual salvation for all humans in the shape of the holy Bible. Through Jesus’ disciples’ preaching work from all the nations those people who are accepting Jesus as their saviour and Jehovah as their God with their honest hearts upon them Jehovah is pouring out His holy spirit according to His promise.
BECAUSE OF SIN ALL HUMANS ARE VESSELS OF DESTRUCTION.
Paul said that does not the potter have right to make the vessel for dishonourable useor for honourable use from the same lump of clay. In this illustration Paul described Jehovah as a
Potter and dishonourable and honourable vessels are people. The house is the world as in this world
some people use themselves as weapons of unrighteousness and some people are using themselves
as weapons of righteousness. As Jehovah created the creatures with free will because of Satan’s
challenge Jehovah let the nations go their own way until His appointed time arrived. Matthew .4:9-10 but even during imperfect system or satanic system Jehovah revealed Himself as Almighty God upon the nations. Joshua. 6 : 1-6 Exodus chapters 7-11, Daniel. 3 : 1-28. Also Romans. 9:21-23 does not means that Jehovah created some people for dishonour or some people for honour ,some for badness or some for goodness. As in Genesis Jehovah recorded that He created human on His own
image Genesis.1 : 26 but because of sin the earth and earthly life is facing cruse as punishment Genesis, 3 : 17-18 so because of sin all humans are vessels of destruction. But because of Jehovah’s kind arrangement the faithful people are able to remain in life. John. 3 : 16.
Paul explained that since Jehovah is kind so He is showing endurance with the vessels of wrath.
Romans.3:25 , 1 : 17 as because of sin all humans are under destruction Romans.5 :12 so for humans’ salvation Jehovah’s arrangement shows love since all humans belong to Him.
Romans.9 : 25-26.
JEHOVAH GOD DOES NOT WANT PEOPLE BE INVOLVED IN SINS.Jehovah did not create any human to do dishonourable things. Through their own wicked or good acts people make themselves dishonourable or honourable. Romans. 6 : 18 because the whole
biblical knowledge shows that through their acts people are unacceptable or acceptable for Jehovah
God. Matthew.5 : 16 , 15 : 18 -20 Mark 7 : 20-23, Micah 5 : 8 Galatians . 5 : 18 James 2 :20
Through His word,His prophets and Jesus when Jehovah God encourages people for good work and advised them to save themselves from badness or sins then we cannot say that Jehovah God is
responsible for humans badness or He does not care about our good works. In Genesis 4:4-7 as
Jehovah God revealed to Cain if you do what is good, it will be acceptable this means Jehovah God
does not want people be involve in sin
FAITHFUL PEOPLE ARE ABLE FOR BLESSING AND SALVATION
Because of sin humans are not able for Jehovah’s kindness as the wages of sin is death so Paul
said through their own works or struggle people cannot gain everlasting life this is Jehovah’s gift for
all those who put faith in Him .Romans. 1 :17 those people who reject Jehovah God are not
able for everlasting life. Jehovah’s loving kindness is for them who were forced for sin because of Satan’s influence or because of pressure or maybe there are ignorant or those who were sinners but now in the light of Jehovah’s word and through repentance they are accepting Jehovah as their God
and Jesus as their saviour they are able for this free gift of everlasting life. So if we want everlasting life we should be perfect as our heavenly Father Jehovah God is perfect. Matthew. 5 : 48
HOW WE CAN MAKE OURSELVES HONOURABLE VESSELS.
When Paul wrote about Pharaoh that Jehovah let him remain so He can show His power on the earth. Exodus.9 :16 , Romans. 9 :17. It’s does not mean that Jehovah is responsible for Pharaoh’
badness as through Moses Jehovah performed many miracles though Pharaoh’ magicians did
some miracles too but Moses miracles were exceeding to the magicians’ miracles in this situation
Pharaoh should humble himself and accept Jehovah as his God so he can save himself and his nation. But since Pharaoh showed stubbornness so Jehovah left in his stubbornness Roman.1: 28.
Otherwise if Jehovah’s purpose was just to show His power and glory He can show His power through blessing rather-than through plagues and curse just as Jehovah showed His power and glory through Jesus when Jesus performed very great miracles and through Jesus’ disciples. Since they valued Jehovah’s righteousness very much . Also as it is written for all things that were written a for time were written for our instruction. Roman. 15 : 4 . If Pharaoh and his people were not bad then
they would not face destruction since they were bad so Jehovah punished them that people can learn
if they make their hearts stubborn they will face destruction. As in the holy Bible Jehovah advised we must seek wisdom to recognise that what is harmful and good for us Jehovah is giving His wisdom to those who are keeping His wholesome fear. Proverbs.1: 1-8 , 1-Kings.3 : 5 – 13 we should pray from Jehovah that we can make ourselves honourable vessels. Since this is Jehovah’s purpose that He will make the whole earth and earthly Society perfect, obedient and peaceful with these qualities we can make earthly life easy and joyful
