WHY DID JOHN DOUBT
MATTHEW – 11 : 2 – 6
John’s disciples asked from Jesus, “ Are you the coming one”
In reply Jesus said, my works are witnesses about me, what I have done
Jesus said to them “ Tell to John, what ever you are hearing and seeing”
Through the good news of Jehovah’s kingdom I make people heirs of Jehovah’s blessing
I healed, fed and comforted the people who are toiling and loaded down
With my help people are able for Jehovah’s righteousness to own
Even I resurrected the dead ones with Jehovah’s might
With Jehovah’s wisdom and power I prove myself the world’s light
If some one else come, will he do more then I have done
I am the promised Messiah, the one who is God Jehovah’s son
So happy is he that finds no cause for stumbling in me
Because I helped people that they can live their lives sin free
Why did John asked this question , since he is the witness of Jesus’ dedication
In John’s trials Jesus did not help him,because this was dangerous for the whole nation
That time the Israelites were living under the Roman’s government
Jesus that time did not want to take action against Roman’s arrangement
But on his appointed time,Jesus will finish cruelty from the whole earth in Jehovah’s day
If we want to finish cruelty from the earth, we need for Jehovah’s kingdom to pray
